Welcome to AIM
Getting started with AIM is quick and easy. Our onboarding team will create and configure your account to match your organisation's needs, ensuring a smooth setup process and a secure, personalised platform experience.
Step 1: Account Setup by the AIM Team
One of our AIM system administrators will set up your account on your behalf. During this setup:
Your main platform users will be added
These users will be assigned the highest permission level – Client Admin
Your organisation’s structure (clients, projects, users) will be prepared for first access
Step 2: Login Details & Access
Once your account is ready:
Each user will receive an email with their username and password
You’ll also receive a branded login link if your subscription includes white-labelling
Click the link and sign in to access the platform
If you don't see the email, check your spam/junk folder or contact AIM support.
Step 3: First Login & Security Setup
On your first login, you’ll be prompted to configure your security settings:
Set up your personal password
Configure two-step authentication (2FA) for added security
Choose your preferred 2FA method (SMS, authenticator app, or email)
Upload profile picture
Check and update Client information
Company name
Contact name
Telephone
Email
Website
Address
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication to protect your data. This can be enforced based on clients requirements.
Note: Settings can be adjusted at any time in future accessing user settings.
Step 4: Branding & White Labelling (if applicable)
If white labelling is included in your subscription:
Our team will work closely with you to customise your platform
You’ll be able to tailor:
Your login page design
Platform logo and header
Custom colours
Background images or banners
This ensures a consistent experience for your internal teams, clients, and external partners.
