Provide AIM with an export folder containing the following:
The point cloud in E57 format:
From the ReCap main window, click the House button, expand the Arrow-down menu, and click the Arrow-up (Export) Alternatively, press Ctrl+E.
Choose E57 as file
c. Choose structured point cloud only (no edits).
In older ReCap versions (< 2025), choose button ✓complete instead.
The RGB image data:
From the location where your ReCap project is stored, copy the .rcp file and the <Myprojectname> Support folder into the export folder.
From the Support folder, only the .rcc files are required; you may optionally delete the other files from the export folder to reduce the storage space.
